Hello to everyone from Minnesota! This looked like a wonderful place to settle in and meet some new friends. I discovered this site owing to my interest in music, particularly celtic music, and am glad to find so much more. I'm sure I'll find more to talk about as time goes by. I access this site from work (I work at a community college in the Student Life department) and I am also a returning student. More Later!
Hello Archangel4! So glad you found us! Lots of good music here and some of the nicest people you'll find anywhere on the net! I look forward to gettting to know you through your posts!
My name is Jerry, I'm a 50 year old male, I've been married 27 years. I have 3 adult daughters living at home (1 set of twins). I love wearing my Utilikilts and listening to Celtic music. I'm so happy to have found this site and will be checking it out.

I'm Athdara, proud to be amongst all my pan-Celtic brethren here. I live in the Boston/Cambridge area. I'm happy to say that Highlander Radio is the best show on the planet, day or night!
Fave area pubs: Conley's and The Burren.
Hobbies: maaany. Scottish fiddle, genealogy, knitting, art in various media, homebrewed ale and mead, etc.
Family: one braw wee man, one beagle who think she's a warrior princess. Come to think of it, she must get that from my side of the family...
Heritage: Lynch and O'Brien in the Emerald Isle, and Scots ancestors which I've been told are from a sept of Clan MacFarlane.
Dream: to move to Nova Scotia and open a pub. Think there's room for one more?
