| I lost my army in the glitch last week and have since been attempting to train new troops. When I do so it is taking my resources and placing the training status messge below (at the bottom of the training page). When the training is complete they simply disappear. They are not going to any of my armies. I've been trying a couple of troops a few times a day, including today. Still nothing. Not sure where to go from here! Thanks in advance! |

| I can't say if all the troops I train arrive, but at least some of them do. i.e. my total # of troops is climbing, but I'm not 100% positive it climbs by the correct amount |

| I too can't say for sure if all of mine are going in, i've not been paying that close attention to my army sizes but I do know that they are growing to some extent when I am doing my training, so far anyways |

| I'm still having this problem, along with not being able to save a general. I don't think this is a user error issue. I've trained troops and appointed a general in the past. I took screen shots of the steps I'm taking if they are needed. |

Paul, I believe the problem on lschillinger's account may have something to do with the migration she made last week. She was in 1:2:4 and moved to 2:3:1 right before the reset/3rd army loss issue occured, could that reset make it so that her kingdom somehow exists but doesnt? |

I think the problem is with your account. For some reason your army tables have disappeared. McRoach maybe on to something with his idea of what happened. It may take us a while to fix this issue. You could delete your account and sign back up. It could have also something to do with the relocating feature. |

| I think we can pretty much overcome any sort of problem with the database. Especially where we have nightly backups of the entire CR databases. Problem as we saw happens with those people that signed up after the database restore date or that had tasks not completed and then we rolled back the DB. It would have to be a very major problem to reset the entire game, but like we have stated that is always a possibility in the future. |

| I have trained 1010 of each type of unit, and not ONE of them has appeared in my army! This has been spread out since friday, so it is NOT a one time glich. |

| i got the same problem here... and i don't think this is a problem with migration, since i don't even know how (and what for) to do that... i think that this is a serious problem now... |

| Unfortunately, this should only be allowed to happen for the King or Queen of the Medieval Kingdom. Have you seen his troop levels? | Started training a group of battering rams this past Thursday. It still shows them with 20 months of time remaining. |
