Old is appreciating what your kids do and your grandkids get old enough to do. I for one am not real old, NO great grandkids that I know of. It is all relative to if you wake up in the morning and how many times you done it,,,, laugh.gif

Aye Itis done-----I went to 365 and became a VIP member. I just don't get to listen to the radio much so I was using the donation way of keeping the music flowing but it sounds like you really need every one to become a 365 VIP so it is done! Hope all is going good and you and yours are all healthy! This includes every one reading this.

Went to the concert last night in Austin, Texas. The concert was at the arena so the acoustics could have been better. Even with sub par acoustics it is an awesome/great show. I am sure whoever goes will enjoy themselves to the max. The singing is great, the lighting is great, it is just an all around awesome show. My son and his family got me tickets for Christmas and even with our seats being fairly far from the stage, it was still a super experience. Forget the Celtic part if need be, but go for the concert experience. It is a super concert with all the right elements. Music (vocal and band) lighting,I mean it has it all! New journey is about a 2.5 hour concert with a 20 minute intermission. Go to the Celtic woman web site for more information. Al Parker Enjoy and I hope everyone gets to go.

If you are trying to stay awake the soft music can be a little tough but I think the mix is just right and most of the time I can only listen at night when every one goes to bed. I say play it like it is, want some thing a litlle more lively request some thing.

Kinda playing catch up so this is a late post! Can't change it, yankee or rebel there was a civil war and music was part of that cicil war. I say why not? I most likely have relatives that fought on both sides and I for one moved from Minnesota to Texas so my heart goes out to both sides and think that such a great radio station that this is has to play both sides. England, Ireland, Scotland have all had sword banging and blodd flowed on all sides. The music captures the good and bad and if it is there we can opt to listen or not listen.....

Let me just say I am old enough to forget most things. Know where you are coming from and especially after being forced into retirement earlier then planned or really should of I find atitudes about evry thing change and one gets real lazy and cynical. The world around us doesn't help for things are a tad over the top all the way around. Hang in there life does get better (or maybe it is attitude)

I was just cruising 365 or whatever I could find for celtic (more traditional then any thing) and had a dail up connection so it was not very reliable so kinda gave it up for a couple of years then I got broadband and walla I was listening to the best station on the WEB, so much so I went founder then founder with a contribution. Gotta keep the music flowing. Don't get much time to listen but when I can it is always there to lift my spirite and just get me all warm inside.
