I've got the upgrade done for the forum area but my username for the player is different than my username for the forum. Is this going to make any difference? The player's appearence hasn't changed at all and I'm waiting to see if any commercials play (aside form the ones at the beginning when if first pops up).

There are a few different players. Have you tried going into the control panel and viewing the different options to listen?
