I do listen to music when I lie down to go to sleep. I put my Millennium cd by Tim McGowan in my cd player and set it on repeat, so it soothes me to sleep and any time that I might wake during the night. It's very relaxing music, especially the song called "Aurora." |

That is not a picture for the faint of heart....at least you're on the road to recovery now but from the looks of that equipment you're wearing, you've really had some pain. Did you have to pay your hospital bill up front before they did the procedure? My brother doesn't have insurance either and he had to pay before they would do anything. |

I've bought Tim McGowan. Also, I want to mention that I saw on his webpage that he has a new cd coming out around the first of November, so I'm looking forward to getting that one. |

I agree with you Mike. This is a topic that gets me all worked up. The pharmaceutical companies in the USA control what is available and the price. They lobby our lawmakers. They want things kept just the way they are, so they can continue to make all the money they can. It's absurd to think that we should fear meds from Canada, England, and Ireland...these are countries with high standards. Meanwhile we have people in this country not taking their meds because they cannot afford them. If our pharmaceutical companies want to keep foreign meds out of this country then they need to match the prices. |

Mingkee I like those two as well but I'd hate to have to wait two weeks for them to arrive after ordering them. I ordered Lady of the Lake and Millennium from Tim McGowan on a Wednesday and received them the following Monday, and they're wonderful. It's really nice to be able to listen to all of the different artists on Celtic Radio. |
