Any therapy required after you get the pins out? I'm glad your wrist is healing like it should. Being young does have it's advantages!

Young?? Who's young? Certainly not me.
The Dr. said in most cases like this, people will need therapy, but he knows I don't have insurance (and he said therapy is very expensive) so when I go back next week for follow up x-rays, he's going to show me some wrist excresises. I currently wear a brace when I'm out and about, and when I'm sleeping. Other times, it's freedom, and I'm trying to stretch the muscles little by little. The Dr. was impressed with the movement I did have, so that's good news. Hopefully it will be a quick road to recovery.
What an awful thing to happen! so glad you are nearly back to `normal`
I don`t get here very often but have never saw before what pain and agony a wee accident like that can cause It`s good that you shared it with everbody but of course no good that you have had this happen you`ve handled it very well, all the best to you, hope it all goes well for you in the future whit a time of it you`ve had, good luck for the future and all the best
Brian, you are much younger than me! It does make a difference not having health insurance. It's been so long since I've had insurance, I'm thankful that I'm in good health, at least I hope I'm in good health. I'm sure you can do therapy at home, that will save you big bucks! You can always do the dinner dishes, very good therapy for a broken wrist! Take care!

Patti, you would certainly welcome Brian to your house for the weekend and help polish the bike? That should be great therapy.
