What is everyone's thoughts on displaying Army information on our home page. Right now, we have country, clan and member rankings - but no pages showing army information.
I think the way the game is designed this information should remain private. Does everyone agree?
Perhaps we can display Army information specific only to each members account (only viewable by that member).
I agree that it would be best to keep it private and only allow it to be viewed by the player otherwise you may as well remove the espionage mission from the game option.
Having that info displayed to everyone may also discourage posts from new members playing the game and those with smaller armies. Having several posts throughout the forum and a smaller army would likely be a quick invite for an attack, kinda like holding up a sign that says come get me.

Grateful am I to have a sword in which to defend myself at all times, blessed am I for the days I need not use it.

I second that strongly...if one wants intelligence on another army status...all one has to do is SPEND the gold for it.
There is no other way, in battle, reconnaissance are sent to spy on the enemy camp status. When an attack is planned the parties involved don't display their numbers on tree posters for all to see.
My 2 cents.

I agree with McRoach & LOA. I would be nice to see your own cache of Armies, but not for all to see. As LOA said, If they want to see what we have, let them pay for it
I agree that this iinfo should remain private, but perhaps there should be an option to view armies within the clan, or for clan leasders to view armies in the clan. That might help with strategic planning.
I am in such an agreeable mood today I also think that it should be permissible for Clan Members to view their own Clan's Armies & Resources, This will save us from Posting in our own Clan Forum to show what we have. It can be quite time consuming. I still stand with the opinion Clans wishing to view what other Clans have should pay.
Displaying the armies for all to see takes away from some of mystery of the game. I would not think that this is a good idea.
Paying for the intel is a good facet to the game that should remain. Although the accuracy of the intel seems lacking, regardless of how much gold is spent. I would suggest that if you spent 3 times the number of troops in gold you would get a 100% accurate report.
