I am very saddened today to learn that my mother was taken into custody over something that is not too clear yet, other than I know it's regarding "financial things" that I really don't feel like mentioning. I learned this after calling my step-dad today. I don't believe she would do such a thing, she said so herself. I just wanted everyone to know because I feel confident that you all are a solid, good group. I've always believed that.
I feel confused, depressed, angry...so many emotions, I can't explain here. As I am her only son I feel like the whole world is crashing down. I am married now, but when I was growing up it was just her and I. We have been through some tough times. Please give your thoughts, prayers, and concerns for her at this time. I love my mother very dearly and know that something isn't right about this entire situation.

Haldur, I'm so saddened by this. I'll keep your family in my thoughts and prayers. Keep the faith and I hope this terrible ordeal will be over shortly.
Oh Haldur, I am so sorry to hear of this news. It will be alright no matter what..remember that!! If you need to talk feel free to email me. We are all here for you Haldur.
Haldur! I am so very sorry you and your family are having to go through this. I am here too if you need someone to talk to, but you will also be in my thoughts and prayers. Please take care of yourself. I can imagine you are very upset right now.
Haldur, I have a vague idea of what you are going through. I grew up close to two of my cousins. It had been a while since we last spoke, and I learned not too long ago that one of them was now in prison awaiting trial for murder. When something like this happens to someone we know so well, whether they did it or not, is detrimental to us. We start questioning all kinds of things. And I will tell you what I told the rest of my family. Have faith, the truth will come to light, it can not be hidden for too long, and regardless of the outcome, we must always remember to love. Love, as is said, can cover a multitude of sin.
I know everyone here has said it, and meant it, but if you need to chat or talk, my door is open.

Iago said it so well I couldn't do it any better myself. I second that and only want to add that my thoughts and prayers are with you and we are all here for you.

Haldur, I honestly don't know what to say except that you have friends here who care about you and will stand ready to help if they can. You will certainly be in my thoughts and prayers.
Haldur, I am so sorry that you are having to go through all of this right now. While we cannot understand why this is happening, we know that God is good, and that He hears us, even when we do not know what to pray. I am praying for you and your entire family, especially your mother.

Thank you all for your kind words! My thoughts are with my mother as I hope she does not have to stay in jail any longer. There are hopes tonight that she can be freed for she is not doing very well at all. I love her and stand behind her all the way!
Again, thank you for your thoughts, words, and open doors!
My apologies for arriving late to this thread. You have my prayers and meditations for you and your mother. Hope all is going well. Any news as of late?
