| I found your app on my android, but how can I log in?
Is it the same email adress and password as for the website?
Yes? Then it doesn't work.
No? Do I need a new registration for the app?
Please help. I want to be able to listen when I am not at home.

First welcome to Celtic Radio and thanks for joining the Founder's Club.
Appears we did set you up for premium access to our app. We will send the email again. It has your username and password which is different then the username and password used for the desktop version of the website.
We have double checked your username and password and just emailed it to you. You should be able to log in to the app fine not. If not, please let us know.

Yes I can log in now. No problem anymore.
But... When I visit Celtic Moon (or any of the other channels) I see a picture, but right below the channel name the notification: 'Off Air'.
It makes no difference being on wifi or 4G network.
And yes, volume on.
Premium or Basic, nothing... no music.
Too far away over here in the Netherlands? Kidding...
I guess my phone is too full.
Getting back to you.

| Here are a couple of things you can do to try and get the music to play:
First, make sure your phone is updated with the latest O/S software. Go to settings and depending on your phone check that the O/S is most current.
Then, make sure you update all apps to the latest version which should include Celtic Radio. If that does not work, remove Celtic Radio and reboot your phone, then install Celtic Radio and it should work.
