| Hello there, I'm a new member and am so glad I found this great community. Many of the original settlers of Vancouver Island immigrated from the highlands and the outer Islands of Scotland. The climate and landscape reminded them of home. Great Listening Stephen. |

| Welcome to Celtic Radio! A great many of us came from Canada and our ancestors migrated to the United States. Some of us have background of Native America Indians and still some of us are from other countries. Its a great community and I am sure you will enjoy both the music and companionship!
