Wow, I've been meaning for ages to throw together a better way for everyone to connect to the broadcast with instructions to make it simple. Finally this is done. You can find out all the details on how to connect to our broadcast with our new Tune In Page!
Whether you have Windows, an Apple or Linux; we got a way for you to listen to Highlander Radio. We even got screenshots and links to the various mediaplayer sites if you want to find out more details!
Now some breaking news. Our official mediaplayer for Highlander Radio is Winamp. Our broadcast is optimized to take advantage of Winamp's MP3 plugin to provide CD quality streaming. Ok, the news! Winamp has just released a new version called Winamp 5. I would highly recommend that everyone that can, download Winamp 5 for listening to Highlander Radio. It has some very cool features and can even tune in to streaming T.V. and thousands of other radio stations (including Highlander Radio).
Rock on! =) You taking submissions for other players to add to the list?
You bet. As long as they work with the broadcast. Any alternative linux players, etc. I am hoping this new page will help people understand how to connect better. I get alot of messages that say "can't hear any music".
I just wish it was the way it was before. I could tune in without having to download any new player. With Windows, if I download a new player, That becomes the player for all my media. I Like the windows media player. Real player is junk. Winamp is ok, but I still prefer Windows Media player.

We are getting a windows stream this week. I'll have more details once we get it up and running.
