Hello all my friends,

Wanted to announce the birth of my brand-new, just born grandson....

Sean Zachary Dawson, born August 24th at 9:20 am.
He weighed 6 pounds and 0.6 ounces. A few complications, but all turned out well, which I am so thankful. Believe it or not, Sean was born with his first tooth. Both Mom and son are doing good as well as Dad who stayed with his wife (my daughter) until the baby was born by c-section. What an exhausting night. I had to come home to rest, but plan on going back later in the day to get acquainted and start the spoiling process. I can't wait!

Sean is our first male child born in a family of 3 daughters and 2 granddaughters. He is so beautiful, I love being a grandmom.

Congrats to you Maggie!!! That is wonderful news, especially the first born boy in the family!

You must be so proud. Babies are just wonderful!

My sweet baby boy grandson, (the wee bairn) is wonderful! He is keeping his Mom and Dad up at nights and sleeping thru the day.

Dad has to go back to work Monday night, so Mom is coming to Grandma's house for a night or two, and Grandma just can't hardly wait. Of course I do try to share him with Grandpa and his two Aunts. I don't won't to but I musn't be selfish.

He is so sweet and adorable, I could babble on about Sean for I don't know how long but I won't. Being a Grandma brings a tear to me eye and makes me all bubbly inside.

It doesn't get any better.

Bet if you knew how much fun grandchildren were, you would have had them first.
