This is my 3rd year. Last year I was on dayshift and all they do there is EAT! I gained 15 pounds and that was WITH dancing! My shins started giving me heck and I knew that if I didn't do something soon, my stress fractures would be back. (had those in the Navy 8 years ago) As soon as I got off of days, I started weight watchers and have lost those 15 pounds. Got a few more to go, then I'll be content.
