An E-Scooter is an electric powered scooter that sort of looks like a Vespa. Mine does 45 kph (30mph) and has a range of 140Km. (80miles). Up here in the True North you do not 'need a drivers license or insurance nor do you have to register them. For old farts like me the are great for getting around town.
OK a Harley they ain't and if I showed up at my daughters on one she would kill me before I got off it. She is convinced that I am going to kill myself on my scooter. Something about 2nd childhood.
