Unless I'm mistaken, Guides don't have access to edit/remove posts if need be, and other similar tasks. Mods have those abilities within the scope of their jurisdiction.

My understanding was there are no Mods anymore just Guides.

There are two levels... universal and specific.

Universal has control over the whole forum, where specific has control over their own topics.

This is how Macfive explained it to me.
