The about will provide another link to an international media group in South America.

Wheat shortages, weather disasters, fire and political intervention have all joined to precipitate this calamity

Wheat prices are likely to be the highest ever seen. Shortages and riots are predicted and food prices are predicted to rise dramatically. It has been called an inflation time bomb.

Farmers here who stored their wheat crop are sitting on it waiting for the best price thus contributing to the world wide panic.

We do not rely heavily on wheat but some countries do. Considering the possible magnitude of the shortage, many poor countries may experience starvation.

We will have some to export but if the price is too high, all may not be able to buy.

Sadly, a shortage of one food product usually drives prices higher on non related items. There in will be the inflation!
