Well, I just got back from the bank, trying to figure out how best to go about trying to buy land. Just when I thought that going a few tens of thousands in debt would be easy, I find out it'll be one heck of a lot harder than a trip to Scotland. BLEH. At least twice as expensive, just to get started on a small plot.
