$3.69. Cost me $70.74 to fill up the tank on the van today. This whole thing is getting way out of hand. I'm bloody well up for a revolt-wait-sorry-I can't afford the gas to get there!

It's $3.49 here. We are seeing a lot more people filling up and driving off. They are thinking about people that pay inside prepay before you fill up. I sure am glad I have a small car.
It's up to $3.49 at the QT and I saw $3.54 at one of the name-brand stations. I'm trying to be good about filling up when I have half a tank (something my dad's been trying to get me to do since I started driving back in the dark ages when gas was about 30cents a gallon).
Seriously, a girlfriend and I were reminiscing about gas being 32 cents a gallon at the Hess station in Stone Mountain. Remember gas wars? My dad said when he was young he remembers one station selling at 10 gallons for a dollar! I also remember those gas lines out in California and people beating up folks who cut in line or went there just to top off. Was that the early 80's or late 70's? I'm thinking late 70's - perhaps about 79.

We have a fork lift manufacturer who is manufacturing "on demand" hydrogeon extracters for their fork lifts. Making them by hand cost's about $100.00 per unit. The catch is, the water freezes in cold climates and thus they are impractical in many areas and seasons. The fork lifts would be used in factory settings.
I am considering looking into it at least on a part time basis.
By the time I went out to eat (6:30 PM) Reg gas had one up to $3.66. Soon we will be able to park in the shopping center across the street and watch the price of gasoline go up. Just for entertainment of course.
