About 29C, sunny with some clouds. Probably rain this afternoon and cool things off for tonight. Not much breeze during rainy season, good thing or it would knock all our coconuts off the trees.

We had a very nice thunderstorm last night and got quite a bit of rain. It should be in the low 90's today with more rain tonight. Yeah rain!

We in the U.P. of MI have had 90's all week. Then when the weekend finally showed up it has been major thunderstorms. There was so much lighting I thought I was living in the Middle East. Trees and power lines down all over. And now, since the weekend is over and wasted, its suppose to be sunny and 110 tomorrow. Good Lord, why do I live here?

So, now it's Slushdonia?

We are getting the end of the heat wave as it's been moving east, this week. Tomorrow and Wednesday are supposed to be hellish (high 90s, high humidity, unbreathable air alerts and such). But the storms later in the week should be WALLOPERS!!! biggrin.gif thumbs_up.gif Can't wait!

It's a bright, sunny morning. Still cool from overnight, but it looks like it'll be another hot day - I hope to spend part of it in the river.

I was in the big city this evening, not at home. When I got home though, my wife said we had another near miss by a tornado this evening!

Well, the heat has broken in New York, right on schedule. Not, I'm sorry to say, with a bang but a whimper: a little misty pizzly rain, not a thunderclap or lighting flash anywhere. sad.gif

Maybe later.

that's scary! I hope you always get near misses... I live in the mts so in all of my days I have only experienced 1 tornado and that was in the 70's, needless to say, that was enough for me.
