I ran across this one earlier when I wasn't even looking for it: http://www.e-freetranslation.com/ lists Welsh as one of the languages it will translate to/from. My experience with these websites is that they're not very accurate, so I can't vouch for its accuracy- but at least it recognizes Welsh! I was there looking for help with my Spanish- I haven't spoken that for 15 years, but it did help. I will trust a website to translate a few words out of each sentence.
Website's translation below: Hidlais ar draws hon hun 'n gynt pryd Fi wasn't hyd yn oed yn chwilio 'i: http://www.e-freetranslation.com/ daflennau Cymraeg fel hun chan 'r dafodieithoedd chyfieitha at/chan. 'm brofi ag hyn websites ydy a hwy re mo iawn 'n gywir , fel alla t vouch achos 'i chywirdeb - namyn o leiaf adwaen Cymraeg! Buais 'na yn chwilio chyfnertha ag 'm Spanish - Fi aberfa t ar lafar a achos 15 blynedd , namyn gwnaeth chyfnertha. Choelia a website at chyfieitha hychydig eiriau oddi pob un ddedfryda.
Those of you who do speak Welsh may be able to tell how accurate it is.

Drinking is a sport. In order to be competitive, you must practice on a regular basis. Although you can practice alone, it is much more fun to practice with friends. If you're out of shape and practice too hard, you will regret it the next day.
Life is a disease. It is sexually transmitted and always terminal.
