~ Hello Friends and Fans ~

Just stopping by to remind everyone, although I know you are very aware, VOTING started for the Celtic Radio Music Awards ~ Skully's Irish Makeover is Up in Two Catagories which is totally exciting ~ It would be totally awesome if you all could consider Irish Makeover when voting ~

Catagories:

Traditional: BlackBird

Contemporary: All Around My Hat

Both are worthy of their nominations and would love to see Skully win in these catagories ~ if you haven't heard these two tracks, please take a second and listen and VOTE for Irish Makeover !

I have cast my vote for Irish Makeover!!! Blackbird and All Around My Hat are two of my favorites from Skully's cd! That cd is amazing!!! Love it!

~Just a few things Skully had to say about Irish Makeover ~

Metisse main man Skully embarks on a solo journey with the release of his new album ‘Irish Makeover’.

”these are songs that have been performed and sung for generations”, says Skully, “from the sean-nos singer beside a fire in an old thatched cottage to grand orchestrated versions, these songs have been passed down through the years”.

These are songs that we all know, songs that perhaps we wouldn’t seek out, but songs that are ever present, and Skully has taken them to somewhere that they haven’t been before now.

The Awards !

Just wanted to take a few minutes to thank Everyone, Fans, Friends, Angels and Family for particapating in the Celtic Radio Music Awards; Skully knows that he wouldn't be where he is now if it wasn't for all you showing your loyalty and love for his music.

Skully was quite honored to have been nominated for the awards, that alone is the huge accomplishment ~ I understand how hard it must be to be in the entertainment businesswith so much talent out there, to be nominated is awarding in itself.

So Happy Spring and look forward to any questions, suggestions, whatever !
