Hello to everyone.

My name is Cindy. I live in Indiana.
I got to this site from the Clannandrumma forum. So I thought I would join. I have really enjoyed the music. On the Clannandrumma forum I go by mckinzie58.
My husband is the reason I like to listen to Celtic Music. He took me to my first Highland games, about 2 years after we were married. We just celebrated our 19th anniversary the 21st. of June. So that tells you how long we have been going. We have been going ever since. So far this year we have been to 3. The 4th is coming up real soon. We are going to Grandfather Mountain.
We have 3 children. My husband is a truck driver and right now I am not working. But after the games I am going to look for a part time job.
I like to listen to music, and take walks. I would really like to go with my husband in the truck. I went with him one time last fall. He was going to PA. and the leaves on the trees had started to change colors. It was like looking at Gods coloring book. Just so beautiful. .

Cindy,
I must have missed this while my internet connection was down. Glad to see you could join us. Can't wait to hear how Grandfather went. I'm sorry I will miss your daughter singing with Jacquie. I hope somebody gets a video tape of it. I'm certain there will be pictures.

Wendy didn't get to sing with Jacquie but. But it was a great time. I would do it all over again. Which we are. Next year Jmack and I talked about it on the way home from N.C. Can't wait.

I hope you make it to Grandfather Mountain next year also. I wish everyone could . We all had such a great time. Especially on the rowdy side. Even tho it sounded like they had a great time on the other side also.

Hi Cynni!

As a trucker myself, I can tell you that some of the most wonderful times I have had with any of my family were when they went on the road with me, so I understand how you like to go with your husband. Congrats on the 19 years, and welcome to the family here at C.R.

Thank you for the welcome. I really do enjoy it here.
I do miss my husband when he is gone. But fortunatley I will be leaving with him this afternoon. Heading out to Kansas City. I enjoy my time with him, and the kids. But when I get to go with John it is our alone time. Which everybody needs sometimes.
