I'm working right now on finishing my taxes up for last year. The extension is almost up and i'm about half way done with doing the corporate stuff, next comes the personal stuff... I hate doing this stuff! Someone shoot me first! I hate doing taxes!

I HEAR YOU!!! I'm sitting here doing my taxes, too....though I almost finished it I still hate doing what I'm doing right now! The good thing is that I won't have to occupy with it again until next year!

Just finished cleaning the camper. Getting ready for a family reunion next weekend.

Looking around the site and finding a lot of great new features. Reading through only a few of the most recent forum posts because I don't think I can make up 2 months of time away.
I've spent most of the day working on my dance group's website. Unfortunately, I'm VPN'd into work right now so that URL's not going to work until I disconnect. But it's been a lot of fun because I've been poking around in Plone which is disgusting in how cool and easy it is to make dynamic web site. I should go to the grocery store and get some stuff for the week but I suspect after reading up on the news, I'll go back to playing/working on a fun program that I think I'm going be asked to work on this week.

Resting... Just got back from a 201 mile trip with hubby on the motorcycle. We were gone 6 hours and 20 minutes. Went thru 4 counties here in WV and 1 county in Va. Had a good ride even though my butt got a little numb at times!
I'd like to buy & learn to ride a motorcycle. Gotta be a Harley, though . No little rice eating crotch rockets like Hondas & Suzukis for me. You know what ER personnel call people who ride those contraptions? Organ donors.

BTW, I'm hanging out in the chatroom right now.
Mike, if your new to riding. Do yourself a veryBIG favor. Take a Rider Ed course. Not only will you save a few bucks on insurance, it may save you life from those who have attitudes towards bikers and don't care how they drive around them. A Harley is a heavy machine and it takes much more room to avoid hazzards than a rice rocket. Learn the right way, the first time. Don't become a statistic.
Oh, yeah I most definitely would take a training course. Some of the Harley dealerships around here do offer them. I'd wear a helmet too. Preferably one that's a replica of a German WWI combat helmet, spike & everything.

Waiting for two of my grandchildren to arrive. They are going to spend the day with us . They just have 3 more days of summer vacation before they start back to school.
BluegrassLady, the kids starting back to school already? It always made me sad when my kids had to start back after their summer vacation. The kids here don't start back until about the end of the month. I always enjoy my gkids visiting and then I have to do damage control once they leave! but that's ok, they are the grand in grandchildren.
Mike, I'm sorry that you don't like Suzuki or Honda motorcycles. Hubby and I have an 800 Suzuki and she is purdy'! Black with lots of chrome. My brother bought a Harley a few months back, it's a good-looking bike, I still think mine is as good-looking.
Maggiemahone1, Yes, the kids start school early here in Kentucky. One county started today and by Friday most of the commonwealth will be in session. When my kids were in school (in Michigan) the school year didn't start til after Labor Day.
My husband has had 2 hondas, 1 yamaha, and 1 kawasaski motorcycles. The kawasaski was a beauty. We are usually in Daytona Beach for bike week and there sure are a lot of beautiful bikes out there. I must admit that I am glad that now we enjoy cruising with the wind in our hair in a convertible (at least I do). Sorry.
