OK. I'm a dork. And a newbie. Sorry!
Mine was "Lust",but I failed miserably at grabbing the image and plunking it in my message.
Any tips?
Cheers!

My favorite show was on Saturday afternoons. It was on FOX and it was called "Creature Feature". They would show Godzilla movies, old horror movies, sci-fi. . .it was great!
Hmmm. . .as a youngin' I watched:
ZOOM!
Electric Company
Captain Kangaroo
Mr. Roger's Neighborhood
Scooby Doo
Monkee's
Land Of The Lost
Sherlock Holmes movies
The Walton's

There are so many "bad" shows. . .hmmm. I don't watch a whole lot of television, but there are some that really make me question why certain shows are on the air and why do people feel compelled to watch them?
1. Jerry Springer
2. Any reality TV with the exception of the "reality" series that I have seen on Public Television: Colonial House, Frontier House, etc. they're historically based.
3. Soap Operas~can anyone explain why these are still on the air? Ouch.
4. Talk shows
OK. I'll stop. We went without cable for 4+ years and had the "basic cable" package this past Autumn and I am tempted to have it disconnected again!
We have 2 sons, ages 4 and 8, and I find myself disturbed by crime show promos that are very graphic. . .and I cannot understand why they are aired on a weekend morning.
Arrrgh. Sorry, this is a bit of a sore spot for me;)

I've been listening to Damien Rice "O". He's an Irish Lad. Great CD. A bit melancholy. . .good lyrics.
Also Loreena McKennit and Old Blind Dogs.

So. . .MacFive. . .can Monica redeem the T-Shirt?

Your wish has been granted. . .the hungry children have all the Twinkies, Ho-Ho's and Cupcakes they can eat. They then grow as tall as the skyscrapers and take over New York City.

I wish to Time Travel.

You are lucky to have so many Irish Pubs to choose from. We have 1 in our area. We live in a University town so most of the clientele are college students.
We may check out a really unique place in town with great food that usually has bands/music from out of the area (usually from Chicago and Detroit). Not an Irish Pub. . .but, hopefully some good music and food!

Hello, Celtic Rose!
Happy St. Patty's Day to you. Yes, I am very fortunate to live in a beautiful area. Absolutely love it here. . .Lake Superior and all her moods.
That is incredible to me that you are going to promote her! She is amazingly talented and I am so envious that you have met her. . .although you live in her vicinity. Lucky.
I just finished A Breath Of Snow And Ashes a few days ago. . .I felt like I'd lost part of my family! I couldn't wait to finish it, yet I was trying to read sloooowly and draw it out. Aaaaah.
I just got a friend of mine to start Highlander and she is calling me daily cursing me for all of her dirty dishes, uncooked meals, etc. I told her when I handed it to her that once the took the book into her hands I was not responsible for her "addiction'!
It's good to have others who love the same authors. Thanks so much for sharing. Please let me know if any of the shows have her on! I would love to see her. I've read many of her interviews on her website and she sounds lovely.

Does anyone have special plans for the evening?
My husband and I will be without children tonight. We may actually go out and enjoy the festivities.
