New Channel, Earth Radio

Breaking news on Celtic Radio - we have decided to start a new channel called "Earth Radio".

The station is only available now by using the Celtic Radio Network app under the premium section, but we hope to expand this channel to our website and desktop player soon.

The channel features nature sounds, ocean, thunder, brooks, forest and some Native American flutes. Perfect blend for night time listening when you are trying to sleep.

Look for the big blue earth in the premium section of the App and enjoy!

LOL - the Whales might drive them over the edge! We have so much "other music" saved over the years that people send to us that we really do not have a use for. It's amazing how quickly this all came together by doing a deep dive into those tracks.

Apparently, the station we were linking to is no longer available, so we decided to create our own which is something we always wanted to do at some point.

First order of business was reducing the length on some of these tracks, I don't think anyone wants to listen to 60 minutes of birdsongs - but reducing these tracks to no more than 10 minutes seems to have done the trick.

Hopefully within a week we have this on our main player pages and mobile website too. Again, this new channel is mostly nature sounds, but there are some flutes and Native American tracks too - along with the Whales! Great for sleeping and calmness during the day.
