As you may already know, Anuna has filmed a special for PBS to be aired this fall. Additionally 6 members of the troupe are currently in the USA on a promotional tour in conjunction with Borders.

To help the troupe celebrate their upcoming PBS broadcast there was a new forum launched recently, dedicated to them.

If you like their music, their unique style, their genre of music, stop by and say hello.

Now to start working on Paul to play some more of their music biggrin.gif

I'm a fan! Beautiful voices, beautiful music. Thanks for the new forum info. Too bad they're not coming to North Carolina. Guess I'll have to wait for the PBS airing.

They may not be in a Border's store in NC, but they are doing a Fall Tour and they'll be in Boone, NC on Dec. 1st at Farthing Auditorium and in Charlotte, NC onc Dec. 5 at the Belk Theatre....

as for me...I'm already consulting the credit card balance for tickets to their show here in Milwaukee on Nov. 2

(a repost)

Did anyone attend any of the Anuna US Tour concerts? The DVD was produced by Maryland Public Television.

I got to go to the last show in the US in Baltimore. It was a very icy and snowy night. The show was fantastic. It was held in the Lyric Theatre, one of the most acoustically perfect theatres in the country. Its not too large so when they did "Jerusalem" it was total involving. After the show the entire cast met the audience in the lobby, signing autographs and just interacting with everyone.
A great experience.

I am looking forward to their return to the US for another tour, maybe we can pressure the local PBS stations to sponser one!!!
