hello / i am new here and i am trying to learn scots gaelic / this is no doubt the wrong place to post this but here goes / i am using the speaking our language system and am trying to find out all the ways of telling the time but the dvds only tell me how to say hours/half hours/quarter to and quarter past how do i say so many min.past the hour and so many mins. to the hour plus any other expressions that you can think of / thank you / logan

Wish I could help Aeolius , but my Gaelic is very limited. However there is a source that if you have a bit of time may help. If you search "Gaelic Language Studies" at St.Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia it may lead you to there department contacts. Years ago they had a direct contact program with Gaelic speakers who would help with such questions... I hope this program still exists, it's been awhile since I've contacted them.
