My husband and I have been Bruce fans so long, we can't remember a time when he wasn't the headliner in our personal CD player!

This album showcases Bruce's Scottish repertoire, but you really haven't heard the full range of his talent unless you listen to his covers (especially the fan-favorite "Old Man River") or his own works. There's a reason his writing wins awards and new converts become lifetime fans.

So give a listen -- you'll hear a Scottish brogue and Scottish folk songs, but your ear will be awed by the innate musicianship only a baritone with recent Welsh ancestry and the cultural memory amassed from thousands of Côrau Meibion Cymru throughout history can produce.
