OK, I have to admit it. Yesterday, I downloaded my first Christmas song of the season-"Snoopy's Christmas" by the Royal Guardsmen.
Is this the one with the red baron? If so love that song have a copy myself. Use to have it on a record I had as a kid. I have to stop dating myself like this LOL.
Like Shadow I no longer celebrate christmas. If I did how ever I would ask for enough money for: a new travel trailer ( thats what my hubby and I live in because we move so much) because our old one is falling apart, new tools for my hubby, anything our kids want and a new car for myself (I don't have one right now).
I don't ask for much!

Sort of the same here> While I am getting a computer it isn't given at CHristmas will be sometime in Early December we might give a small gift to each other but really is just another day to us but with less to do Not even tennis is open
I would have a hard time giving up Christmas! I love seeing the joy in my wifes and children's faces. My wife didn't really have Christmas until we got together 12 years ago. She was raised as a Jehova's Witness so she is now getting caught up on what she had missed as a child.

I guess I can't really say I don't celebrate christmas .I had a very religous christmas every year for 22 yrs. I still celebrate it with my family (mom, dad, grandparents) but not the religion part. I don't push my religion on them and they "try" not to push theirs on me. My husband doesn't believe in the religous aspect of it either, he just sees it as another day to spoil the hell out of me and the kids. He tries not to get me anything, but he can't help himself. We do have a tree, but thats more for the kids. It holds no meaning for me. I've talked to each one of them and told them the religous backround of the holiday and what I believe. They all know that if they choose to follow the religous aspect of it I will help as much as I can, but I will not follow it myself. They also know that if they choose to follow my beliefs they are more than welcome to. I give my kids the opportunity to chose they're own religous path.

Just so you know, the Christmas tree is a cary over from Pagan traditions durring winter festivals. It's got nothing to do with the birth of Christ.

That's why we place the large stone chipped head in our living room Sort of a family tradition. (I have a strange family)
All I want for Christmas is a good turn out for our show on New Years Eve and Peace on Earth. Doesn't seem like to much to ask.
Peace
