I saw a wonderful topic on the "Wales" forum about castles, so it gave me the idea to show you some of the beautiful medieval castles they are in Brittany !

I was born in Pontivy where there is the fortress of the dukes of Rohan, you can see it on the site below too !

WOW, Celtica! Those are absolutley beautiful! Thank you for sharing those with us! I wonder what it would be like to live in a castle? I bet its terribly cold in the winter with all of that stone!

Sure ! That's why they put tapestries on the walls...and they slept at 4 or 5 in very big beds... laugh.gif laugh.gif
