Hello! My name is Nebojsa, I am 25 years old, live in Belgrade, Serbia and I like irish music very much (also play a guitar a little bit). I have a small collection of irish songs(and scotish too) which I could find in Serbia and on internet (free download), but there is one great song (we Serbs like heroic songs like this one) that I can’t find. It is A Nation Once Again. Lyrics are very good, I have guitar chords for this song, but I don’t know the music, don’t know the melody.
I am sure that most of you (members of this forum) have this song on your PC. Could anyone send this song to my by e-mail?
If you don’t have this song, I have another question for you: do you know a web site where I could free download song A Nation Once Again?
Greets to all of you,
Nebojsa
P.S. My knowledge of english language is not very good, but we could communicate.
Hi Nebojsa, Welcome to the Forums! I did a Search on the Radio menu for the song you're interested in, and came up with 4 hits. They vary in length quite a bit, so you may want to take a look yourself to see which will be best for your purposes. Please use the Radio pulldown menu found along the top Tool bar of this Site, scroll down to "Requests", and do a search there for your song. You can request the version you'd like, and at least be able to hear the whole thing through
As far as websites that allow downloading, I'm not familiar with any myself but Paul(MacFive) recently posted something about an offer for 50 free downloads when joining a site -- let's see....found it! Look under the "What's New" Forum for the thread "50 Free Celtic Music Mp3's, Read about a special deal!" (I don't know how to post a link to it - can anyone help out??) This may help lead you to a good website for your needs, and you know you can count on MacFive for good recommendations!
I hope this has helped! Again, I'm very glad you've joined us all here on the Boards and look forward to visiting with you again!
