I spent 10 days in Ireland the 1st week or so of August this year. I enjoyed the pubs (went to at least 3 a day), the beautiful country side, and the people. My funniest experience in a pub: I was late getting to the pub and my wife and kids (in their late 20's) were already there. I walked in and a gentleman was sitting next to my wife. I asked him could he please scoot down the bench so I could sit and he said "I was about to get her number!" LOL, well it threw me a bit. (A bit slow I am) but caught on and we had a big laugh. Had great conversation with him. The pubs are more homey in Ireland in my experiences. It is a great place. |

Sounds good. I put up 7 gallons of unfiltered Lodi Apple and 9 gallons of Winesap Apple and some pear. I mixed a little apple with pear and added cinnamon to a gallon of Winesap for Christmas. I've never added the allspice but will next year. It is all in jars. (I heat it to 170 degrees f and it seals well) Do you think I could add the all spice after I open the jars of unfiltered juice? Thanks, Montie |

Welcome! My wife loves Texas and would move in a heart beat. There is too much heat there for me though. Great state though! |

Hello Heather. I'm from Virginia where it is a little colder than Florida. (Although it has been a warm winter this year) I listen most days at work and really enjoy this site. |

I just bought a NIV beside the message bible. What I was really looking for was the message beside the KJV. Does anyone know of any out there? I guess a NIV beside the KJV would be similar. |

I am harvesting kola rabi for the first time since I was a kid. Any good ideas on how to use them? I'm eatting them like an apple right now. |

I totally agree. I really like to dictate when I get my car worked on rather than have no choice when I've broke down on the road. |

I'm the only one in my home that likes corned beef or cabbage. But, you've brought it back to my front burner to fix. Thanks. |
