I and my son watch this show quite often. It's extremely entertaining. I wish we had the software program they use to help determine the winners. Can't wait to see how the final outcome will be. The whole show kind of takes on the old Highlander series storyline...."There can be only one...." |

This is my first as well, and I'm having a great time....even in loss. But I must say that it seems that Clan Bruce has as many numbers as Clan Gordon.... |

Yes yes yes..........I'm on a mission today. That has to be bought and sampled. There's no way around it. It has to be done. With our share of specialty stores around here, surely I can find the end of that rainbow. I usually go weekly and buy a six pack of some ale/lager/stout that I've never had. Now the heavens are shining down today as the 'King of Stouts' has marketed a "new" drink!!!! Oh happy day. |

Hmmmm...watching TV, messing around on the computer, drinking a beer, and debating on going to bed and reading. Lots of yard work to do tomorrow if the weather holds out. But since it is a holiday weekend, I'm sure the rain will come soon...unfortunately. |

Welcome CaitlinRoise. I'm sure you will find this site as amazing as I have. The music is awesome, the selection is wonderful and the Medieval Kingdom game is pretty cool too. The forums cover anything and everything you can imagine......and if there is a topic not covered, start one yourself.
Have a good evening. |

Hey, Flora. They are 11 and 5. I know they'll do fine. And you're right, I don't understand these folks that want to go camping and "rough it", and then bring all of the luxuries of home....including generators!!!! Being ex-military, I'm used to a poncho liner and my rucksack. "Travel light freeze at night". But I spent many a long, cold wet night in swamps and jungles and many other places while in the Army swearing to myself that I would never be cold, wet and hungry again.. .......so I pamper myself with a fire and a sleeping bag now....and real food. |

Most definitely. I will try to watch the older ones first, just to get updated on some of the smaller parts that I'm sure I've forgotten about. I usually have to wait until they come out on DVD anyways.....with three kids it can get quite expensive to make a simple little trip trip to the theater.
Sorry everyone..... |

This is a link to where I'm taking my boys this June. Camping, canoeing, float fishing and beer around the campfire at night.....for me, not the boys.

Hope the link works. Got a good friend who has a cabin on the edge of the Ozarks. First time I've been able to take the boys, so I'm starting them in an old cabin instead of a tent. My wife's idea. I will probably take the tent along and see what they think. Weather permitting we may just stay out by the campfire all night. Have to wait and see how they do. If I can wear tehm out enough during the day they shouldn't care where they sleep....... |

Hmmmmmm.....repeat of everyone else it sounds like. 80's and partly sunny. We've had bunches of rain here and we're hoping it holds off for the holiday weekend. Finally had to break down and turn the air conditioner on tonight. I hate closing the house up...but I also hate sweating when I sleep. |

Sounds like the same as everyone else......trip to the cemetery....call/email some old army buddies (which I should do more often)... then off to a cookout with the family. On Saturday we usually go to Kentucky Lake and do some boating (drinking) and swimming (drinking). |

Went to bed last night at 2.02. Woke up this morning to $2.39. The Holiday weekend is coming up, and as Patch said......summer vacations. Even though you expect it, you have to marvel at how quickly it can fluctuate. |

Those kinds of studies are extremely interesting. I wish they would carry some out over here in the States. Of course where some of us are from, it's said that the trees don't branch much anyways....... |
