New Control Panel Help

We are testing the new control panel out on many systems. Vista, XP and Linux with IE and Firefox - both seem to work fine on the systems we have tested.

Unfortunately, there are alot of different configurations out there and sometimes some software can play havoc with normal operations of a computer. Also security settings that are too high can also stop these menus from working properly.

If you are having Internet Explorer only work some of the time, then that would probably indicate there is something wrong with the configuration of your computer. If you have access to another computer, perhaps at work, school or library? See if you can test your account out on someones system and see what the results are.

We identified an issue with the new control panel for members who have not elected to have their family name researched. This issue is now resolved.

And if I reset my email again to try to get the founder's webmail interface, will I lose all my emails and things that I have saved?

No, the family history request is working fine.

Yes, you will lose all of your emails if you reset your email account.
