I'm Hughie. I've just joined from Brisbane, Australia.
My (recently discovered but always felt) Celtic heritage is from County Waterford, Ireland, and I've been playing in Bun' Ber E Celtic Bands (http://www.bunbere.bizhosting.com) for a few years and learning about things Celtic and how they fit things Australian ... or not.
I've just realised that there's a lot more about it all out here in Internet Land. And then found this group. Rather over-awed at the scope of all of this ...
I guess I'd better go have a squizz at what it all is and so on.
Welcome Hughie! I hope you enjoy your time here and getting to know about our community. If you want to learn more about the Scottish go over to the Scotland Forum and read and read---ask questions, and learn. Believe me you will learn a lot. Have fun and hope to see you around the boards.
