Today I had the pleasure of paying a visit to a good friend of mine, Aaediwen! We listened to music, ate some hot chili, and got the opportunity to venture outdoors and take some pictures. These photographs were taken by Aaediwen and feature yours truly as the subject...you gotta hand it to him, he did a wonderful job!

I credit the following works to him and once again, thank you Aaediwen!

By the way, I'll utilize this thread for any more pictures that I work on with Aaediwen and perhaps some I may do one day when I get my own digital camera! smile.gif

I kept telling him that we weren't trying for mug shots. I think he wanted to be ready when the nice guys in the white coats came for him or something...

Yeah, I'm all for the melodramatic, believe me! smile.gif

Haha, I like that...Really nice walking staff you have there and a beautiful area for it to I might add. The look of a highlander I would say...

Hey! Really terrific photos, Haldur and Aaediwen! You guys look great and what really good profile pics they would make too! I also loved the pic of the branches. Nice effect! thumbs_up.gif More please!

My sister made that staff a few years ago. She started on a second one, but I don't think she ever finished it. I really think she could have been doing really well if she had kept on with it. The place, is out behind my home smile.gif

I don't know that I'll use one of those as my profile pic, although I may well get a new one in Ireland. I do need more practice with the camera before I go though, so there may well be more to post here in the next couple of months. Believe me, in Mid April I plan on burning a couple CDs full of pics. Some of which will probably get posted here. (I can't fortell the future, but that's the plans)

I've been trying my hand at Photoshop here lately, getting some new pics taken and stuff as well. Hope you all enjoy!

Something I whipped up for my YouTube page, where I post my own videos and films I create.

Another idea for my YouTube page (and the door to our apartment!)

Best Western sign near my apartment (used for album art on my last album)

Cover for a compilation album of sorts I put together around the holidays (and that's me, strummin')

More to come!

Edit by Aaediwen: Changed over sized embedded images to URL's to restore readability. Also improves the viewability of the pics as a side effect since the browser can now scale them

Btw, I accidentally uploaded a couple images that I hadn't resized yet...so forgive the faux pas on my part...way too BIG! LOL!

Some neat pics there my friend. I'l lbe honest that the Best Western sign pic has me asking "why?", and I'm familiar enough with the cover art for October Sun that it doesn't strike me as much special. However, I've liked your cover for Relics every time I've seen it. The Apt 33 shot looks like it'll make a great logo smile.gif. I can just see one of those intros like you see at the start of films.... camera zooms down the hall, focuses on this, then the door fades out behind the number replaced by "Apartment" above and "Studios" below in some manner of stylized text.
