I've been using up the dribs & drabs, making room for Easter dinner. It's much easier to clean when it's not full. This is one of the few times a year I wish I had a 2nd refrigerator. Which leads me to :
We are leaving tomorrow for our annual cross-country drive. We will travel for 6-7 weeks. No special plans except a stop in Oregon for 10 days with the world's most wonderful 3 yr old. Back to some places we love and looking for new adventures. Some of our best times have been at places we just stumbled across.
