Help, Looking for Celtic Moon Phases

I am helping a Friend who teaches in a school and she is trying to gather information of the different cultures and their Moon Phases meanings and purposes.

There are several cultures who uses these Moon Phases for planting and their Ceremonies.

Example: the May Moon Phase is the moon for planting.

What I am looking for is the Traditional Moon Phases for the Celtic Peoples.

Your Help would Greatly be appreciated.
