Perfume was invented to cover the oder of women and men from each other! Nosegay's ( those little bunches of flowers ) were sold at the city gates to hold to one's nose to offset the human sent in the cities and the bridle boquet was to give the bride a pleasant smell and to mask those of the guests. These are all true and documentable facts.

I can tell you from experience that when one does not bathe, along with several hundred others, from my reenacting experiences... that no one that has been there for the duration of said events even notices.

You all smell the same!!!!

The human scent was given to us by the creator, it is in our wisdom we mask it....
