I logged in this morning and found my score down about 10,000 points. After checking, I found an entire army was gone. Yesterday, army three had 2500 longbowmen, archers, pikemen, spearmen, cavalry and swordsmen and 5000 militia and infantry plus 100 each trebuchets and battering rams. Now they are all gone. Zeros straight down the line. What happened?

I am also experiencing this problem.

In my case, I did not have a pre-existing army in this group, but I did have a named General, which has disappeared. The general did not have any stat bonuses so nothing was lost in that regard.

I first noticed the problem when I attempted to transfer units from my home army into my third army. The system allowed the transfer, but when I examined the third army, I found that none of the units I transferred appeared in the ranks. Looks as though they are awol.

Let me know if I need to start up a Military Police division in my Kingdom, to hunt down these deserters. cool.gif

This is not the first time that this happens with the food resources...

That's only TCS' third army, folks... this is why I said before he's potentially the biggest military threat here. smile.gif
But yeah, TCS was ranked right behind me previously, and now he's slipped down the ranking ladder.

I, too, seem to have lost my third general. Lucky for me, I had no forces in that third army... but a general is gone. He only had a 5% or 10% attack bonus, so it's not a huge deal.
Compared to what others have lost, I have no reason to complain.

This morning ALL my armies were at zero, but my defense army DID show back up a bit later. But like everyone else my 3rd army has lost it's General.

I have also lost my 3rd Army is this system wide, it is sounding like it.

When I got up this morning, every troop that I had trained in the last 24 hours had dissapeared. I got the score rating for them, but about 1500 troops AND the gold spent to train them is gone! This has gone BEYOND annoying!

Same is happening here at my place. I think it's George Bush's fault. After his farewell speech last night all sort of weird things started to happen. I hope there is a fix in place.

it does seem as if it has wiped out everyone's third army. While i had no army sittin there at the time, I did however lose a general and all the attack bonus %'s that I had on there. Is everyone else experiencing that as well?

Everything that was missing in the 3rd army section has been restored with this morning reset.

The game has been reset to about the middle of last week folks....so like me you will have to suffer the loss of resources and troops and start all over again...

With this morning reset I dropped 8000 points in score...blah...I'm so fed up...

I lost resources also.(Bummer) I didn't have anything in my 3rd army so I am o.k. there.

This morning reset WAS to restore what some lost in their 3rd armies and such but by doing so in resetting from I don't know which day last week....those that had a 3rd army then is now there...but at the same time those that didn't have nothing in the 3rd army yet now found that they have lost what resources and armies that were trained since then...

Evidently reset to before I transfered my third army over. We'll just have to learn to go with the flow my dear Lady.

In My case, I didn't lose any workers, or any buildings, which during the last week I focused most of my energies.

I did experience some odd changes to my army size, which don't make sense to me, in that the levels returned were somewhere in between my highest achieved army size, and a diminished army as the result of casualties from attacks. The attacks came last week, so perhaps the reset is getting its data from a time wherein my army was sustaining attacks, but was neither at its lowest nor highest point.

Anyway, for me at least, this has not cause too many problems, only because I was not using my third army, and because it seems that only troop totals were affected.

Did anyone lose any workers or construction? or research?

I lost no Buildings, reserch or workers, but i lost about 1500 troops out of my kindom Defense army, and my defense bonus.......

I just did some new troop training this afternoon. When the training time was completed I checked all of my armies. They didn't appear anywhere they have simply just disappeared. So you may not want to do any new training.

Just checked out my army and have lost all of my swordsmen! 109 of my best soldiers, and I suspect more...still checking!
I thought this was going to be fun.....not frustrating. I could handle it if it was an attack or I lost them in battle. Oh just had a brain fart! Maybe they were abducted by MUFO! Medievil Unidentified Flying Object.
Hey Paul have we had any aliens sign up for the game? Maybe this is how they are going to take over, first start with games, then subliminal messages trasnmitted through Celtic Radio, and then world domination and we will all be their assimulated drones doing their bidding! sad.gif

Or perhaps it's the Black Plague striking again.....I too lost 1000's of warriors throughout my Army. An abundance of personal time lost training these folk. I will not be partaking in training, building or anything else until this is rectified. Quite the Bummer...... sad.gif

My apologies on this. However, I have to point out that this game is really in beta development. I know we have mentioned it a couple of times, but that means we need to still work on the system.

Unfortunately, we have not had any serious time since about September to work on the game system.

I must also mention that we could choose to do a complete system reset at any time which would clear everyones score and rank back to zero. This would happen if we thought things were so messed up with the system that we needed to reset everything back. Believe me, that would be our last option, but it is a possibility.

Hey guys, we all lost, right? Here's what I wrote in another thread.

As for the losses (and I lost considerable resources), I look at them as natural disasters that we must recover from. In real life there would be storms, earthquakes, fires and many other disaters. Everyone has lost out so it's really no harm no foul. We just have to keep on keepin' on just like one would do in real life.

I propose we all quit bellyaching and get on with the game.

Kill them ALL and let GOD sort them out!!!!!!

COME ON people...it couldn't be worse if we destroy one another...I too suffer heavy losses...yeah it pissed me off...I got over it and started again...so what I did my swearing and now it's over...

come on don't drop the gloves

Yes I agree. I lost a good deal of things myself, but oh well. Like CR said, it is in beta stage after all. It's just disappointing to see all those spent resources lost frusty.gif

I guess we'll need to postpone our little battle for a bit, what do you guys think?

I guess we can call it a kind of "simulated battle" Lord Olorin....you got what you wish for in a way... rolleyes.gif

So why not concentrate on rebuilding and see this as the "black death" of the medieval era...people got through it and more....

Very true indeed.

I shall morn my losses, but I will forge ahead and continue to grow and prosper; my men would have wanted it that way yes.gif

Im seeing a major drop in the resources produced by my mines, farms, lumber camps and workers on a daily basis. The mines especially are producing 50% less gold than just last week. What did I miss here?

Posted by: Dogshirt 05-Apr-2009, 08:09 PM
Have you looked at your post rating? Has it dropped any? The amounts are tied to that.

It does mention this in the "rules", but it is definitely not well known by the masses.... That's what the clans can help their members with...the little things that are not readily apparent out there --- like try to find out any good information about recruiting workers .. sigh ....
