Peckery Arrested For Swi, Swinging while intoxicated

Celtic Guardian Group: Celtic Nation Posts: 1,363 Joined: 16-Dec-2003 Zodiac: Willow	Peckery was taken into custody late last night. He was on an all night bender at the Mango Lounge celebrating his 1000 post. He attempted to swing home on his own and was involved in an accident. He was not hurt, but the vine was totaled. As of now he is still in custody, having been denied bail at this time.

The reason that he has been denied bail is not because he was sloshed on banana daquiries (which he was) but not only did he bounce around the arresting officers madly screeching monkey, monkey and knocking their hats off of their heads, but he also taunted them with his mittoned hands all the way to the station. When they tried to test his BAL he kept insisting on trying to swing from the testing tube (you can imagine the havoc a 6'4" sock monkey can cause trying to pull this shenanigan) But also it turns out that he has a nasty habbit of failing to appear on his scheduled dates (I guess they didn't realize that he is a drummer) Stay tuned for updates -------------------- He is no fool who gives up that which he can not keep to gain that which he cannot loose www.arminta.net

It seems a Mrs Boa was resting in a tree when Mr. Peckery came swing by. In Mr. Peckery inebriated state, He grabbed Mrs. Boa's tail, mistaking it for a vine.
