The pillow candy that comes in the white pail with the swing handle, old style ribbon candy, and Quality Street.

I've nabbed my grandmother's Divinity recipe, and my dad got her to teach him how to make fudge. Now we just need to get her recipe for burbon balls (made with REAL Kentucky burbon)

The store bought stick candy is nice too, but set me up with these three sweets and I'm set smile.gif

I've thought about putting the Divinity recipe up here. But then, it's such a cherished spcialty.... I mean, I don't know where my grandma got the recipe, but as far as I'm concerned it's still my Grandma's Sea Foam candy smile.gif

Ribbon Candy and chocolate covered cherries are favorites, but my all time favorite candy is my sister's fudge. She only makes it at Christmas so it's a special treat.

My daughter makes a yummy chocolate cookie with walnuts and raisins that is a family favorite. Mom makes great date nut bars but since she is in Florida this year, I guess we won't get any. sad.gif

Aaediwen...you don't want to give away any family secret recipes! biggrin.gif I had to practically take an oath to guard my husband's grandmother's coffee cake recipe with my life before my mother-in-law would give it to me 36 years ago. Now I am the only one in the family that makes this family favorite. wink.gif

My Mom makes Sweedish Spritz cookies, which are my favorites...she used to make other Sweedish cookies, also, that had jelly in the middle..those are good, too, but time consuming..
I like ribbon candy, also...and colored candy canes..the flavored ones...not really fond of peppermint!!!
