Poem

I?m afraid of loving
All those I ever loved
Have left me
Alone in a wicked world

I?m afraid of living
Everything I have gone through
Have broken my dreams
There?s no innocence in a wicked world

I?m afraid of the future
I do not want any more memories
That I cannot carry
Alone in a wicked world

I?m afraid of changes
Scared of what the inhabitants of my memories
Would have turned into
Living in a wicked world

I?m afraid of living
My memories suffocates me
My fear of changes kills me
Hiding in my red hunting hat
I long for the Other Side
Mourning the loss of innocence

Open my eyes
I?m still afraid
You?re young and innocent
Unaware of me
Silently watching you from a wicked world

Seeking every opportunity to return to
Your land

If you ever needed a Gàidhlig dictionary

If you think you can hold me down
I beg to differ
If you think you can twist my words
I'll sing forever

Tha gach uile dhuine air a bhreth saor agus co-ionnan ann an urram 's ann an còirichean. Tha iad air am breth le reusan is le cogais agus mar sin bu chòir dhaibh a bhith beò nam measg fhein ann an spiorad bràthaireil

If you think you can hold me down
I beg to differ
If you think you can twist my words
I'll sing forever
