Ok let's have a little fun.  We all are gathered here and connected by our love of celtic music.  But why are we such a fan of this music?? What hooks us? | It has meaning, its good for the soul and it makes me happy! With everything going wrong in the world, the hateful music, the forever playing top40, hit or rap - the financial crisis! Celtic Music represents a break from the greediness that got us into the current financial mess. Celtic Music is honest, has character and makes you want to dance. What else could you ask for in music! There are also a bunch of wonderful and caring people that play Celtic music. They do not do it for the money, but for the love of the music. Well, thats our 2 Cents! - great question/post by the way! |

You just summed up my thoughts perfectly regarding Celtic Music. That was exactly what I discovered this past summer when I really starting getting into and researching Celtic Music. Couldn't have said it better. And Honest was my next one. So I'll go with ........it's.... FUN! |

| Pride RE: The Pipes... I dont think there has been a time when at the end of the Highland games near me in Pleasanton,CA when they play Amazing Grace that a tear hasn't come out of my eye. It always lift my Spirit and fills me with Pride. |
