Hi!I am Greek and as far as i know I am not of celtic decent. But I am an admirer of celtic music(first discovered the chieftains and then Alan Stivell) and celtic culture.I found this site trying to expand my knowledge upon celtic music as (unfortunately) in my country celtic music is completely obscure. Also I would like to ask for a favour;if there is someone that speaks Welsh and wouldn't bother helping me out with a small translation please check this link which redirects to the language topics!
Looking forward to discover all the treasures of this site and getting to know some of you!!!
Welcome to the best site to be on!! If I am not mistaken, the words Celt and Celtic are based on the Greek word Keltoi. So you are from the culture that named the Celts (or at least wrote it down). Have fun and I look forward to your posts.
Welcome Conman!!!! It is a pleasure to meet you. You have found the greatest music and the greatest people. Enjoy.
