In this particular cartoon, the animators poke fun at Scottish Frugality when the Scot reuses his bullet. This is the one where Bugs accidentally tunnels to Scotland and tries to "save" the man from his bagpipes; they use golf to settle their initial dispute, but Bugs' brand of golf just creates a new dispute! Only nerds such as me keep up with all that useless information that I can pull out only once in great while, such as this! Now shall we discuss the Three Stooges? My fav episode is called "The Ice Man Cometh."
