Hi Gang Well during last nights chat we got talking about a song by The Proclaimers entitled Scotland's Story and one of the members wanted the words so I sat down this morning and copied them all down. Here they are belwo for any interested. Please note there are two spots that have (?) This just indicates that I believe I heard the place in the line corrent though not 100% sure so bare in mind these two lines might have an error in them as it could be a different place the person comes from but I think I heard it right just hard as this group as a decent accent. Enjoy!

No problem she knew what I was doing so wasn't a big problem. But had to play a little then repeat it until I made sure words were right or extremely close in thos 2 spots. Took I guess about 30 minutes or so of repeating until entire song was typed in and looking good. |

hehe, ok then... that's a way I can drive my brother mad... In the times I didn't have internet, I wrote all the lyrics by myself, with cd or tape... It's not that I want to correct you all the time but I'm a perfectionist and that is more interesting than my maths homework |

Are you thinking this is the first line? If so I think the city you have right but the name I think it's still I come from West Donegal. |

hmmm... could be but I'm still quite sure that it is a name in the first line. I thought I heard a "r". I'll keep searching and listening. Could be that you're right and I'm not |

Hard to tell with the accents. Also thanks for signing my guesbook. I know my forums a little screwy right now have dropped Paul a couple error issues I am getting on it. His board went down last week and somehow mine got hit as well and quite heavily so he's been getting it up and running for me again but still a few bugs left to kill. you can post messages though if you use the link in my signature it will get you into my forum and use the links on the left side of the screen and will work OK you will most likely get an error message when you submit the post but if you hit refresh once you backtrack to the main page it should pop up the post. It's a little weird right now because of the bugs but does seem to work. |

Hi! I think I found what the name is! "Malcolm MacRory" *g* it was some kind of sudden recognition that struck me like a lightning. |
