Some sources show more promise of immediate and cost/effective alternatives. The following link: http://www.discover.com/issues/jul-04/feat...thing-into-oil/ details a plant in Missouri that will produce 500 barrels per day of "high quality fuel oil" from left over turkey parts. The plant is undergoing final testing now and is supposed to be on line this fall. I think that the decrease reflects sluggish sales and I can promise you that this is one demand driven commodity. I think what we need are a few health gas price wars.
