I agree Patch, it is no gimmick... its a slightly easier version of Crossfit which makes even the best of athletes throw up after a fifteen minute set... I really enjoy P90x and am already seeing results after being off for a while (I had gained all my weight back maybe plus a couple pounds but I am down to 265 and still losing weight.

I cut all the soda again and am replacing candy snacks with protien bars that actually taste good... in the morning I am drinking shakeology which is great! I'll describe it more later... if you want to look up anything I am taking goto www.coachr2.com I am now a coach to help my be more accountable there too. =)

Thanks again all.

Hey Brothers and Sisters,

My cousin and I launched a Christian Social Networking Site late last year and we are trying to grow it and get more input on it. We are disgusted with the filth you get on myspace and similar sites like that and are creating a Safe Social site for people (whether Christian or not) don't have to worry about their kids using it and the "wanna chat" pop-ps and ads they have all over it.

So wanted to ask all those on here, if they are interested, to be part of something that could be really huge and taking back the moral ground of the internet.

The website is Emmaus Living

There are going to be major changes and updates in the near future so it will be ever changing and it would be great to have you all on it as well.

Thanks all for your time reading this and hope to see you on there!

In Christ,
Rodgar McCalmon II

It was a quiet day in an English pub and a few local blokes were feeling like starting a bit of trouble. Well, just then Paddy Irishman had the misfortune to walk in and order a pint of stout.

One Englishman turns to the other two and says, “I say, let’s get a rise out of Paddy, shall we?” They all agree and one of them walks over to Paddy’s table.

“I hear that St Patrick was a raving drunkard, pissed out of his mind half the time.” the Englishman sneered.

Paddy looked up from his stout, shrugged his shoulders and said, “Ah, now,” before turning away again.

The second Englishman walked over. “The way I heard it, Saint Patrick was a lech and an adulterer.”

Paddy shrugged again, saying “Ah, well,” and appeared not to react to their barbs.

The two Englishmen looked in confusion at the third. The third smiled viciously, as if he knew just the thing required to upset poor Paddy. Standing, he called out,

“I heard that Saint Patrick was an ENGLISHMAN!!”

Paddy looked up from his pint for a third time and said, “Sure, weren’t these other two lads just trying ta tell me the same thing!”

Hey all.... thanks for the checking up on me! I have been actually working out on the P90X series everyday... I have to say it does really kick my butt... in a good way.

I am in my third week now and I have noticed a difference. I am looking trimmer and less bloated. I have not had soda since I started as well and have been fairly better about eating and less junk. I sneak in an occasional gummy worm or what not in just to reward myself. I am going to start running too to help the cardio side of things.

I do appreciate the checking in and sorry I haven't been active here as much as I'd like. I have been working a lot and trying to muster up more work for my business... so fun time is dwindling.

I hope everyone else is doing well and we can all work together.

LOA Try starting your computer in safe mode and then uninstall it. It should work that way since all the programs do not startup.

An American walks into an Irish pub and says, "I'll give anyone $100 if they can drink 10 Guinness's in 10 minutes." Most people just ignore the absurd bet and go back to their conversations. One guy even leaves the bar. A little while later that guy comes back and asks the American, "Is that bet still on?" "Sure." So the bartender lines 10 Guinness's up on the bar the Irishman drinks them all in less than 10 minutes. As the American hands over the money he asks, "Where did you go when you just left?" The Irishman answers, "I went next door to the other pub to see if I could do it."

OK all,

I had a realization after actualy looking at myself in the mirror that... I am not in good shape. I am at a point where I need to make changes for the healthy side and so I can feel better about myself and enjoy life more.

I ordered an excersize P90X DVD series and it comes with a nutrition plan that I may need to adjust; it should be here this coming friday or a little later.

I am going to hit this and hit it hard becuase that is the way I need to things... if I ease in I wont do it.

I wanted to find out if anyone out here wouldn't mind being my kick in the rear or at least check on me if I'm doing it. Accountability is a key to this and I figure the more people I answer to the better.

So if you are willing to I would appreciate it... I am going to do weigh in on Wednesday and take my before shots then too.

Thanks in advance!

It's called:
Advanced Windows Care Personal (Pro costs $20/yr)Web Site for download

It is awesome, it clears all you temp files, over 20,000 known malware carriers, cleans your registry and it does system optimization which when used will actually tweak your network settings to allow for better up and downloads. I have used it over 2 years now and it is awesome! (I Actually bought PRO because it allows more personal configuration).

Thought I'd let you all know about it.

Hope this helps someone with slow PC issues.

QUOTE (A Shrule Egan @ 30-Dec-2008, 11:26 PM)
I've been to both and have to agree fully with LOA.

Property tends to be cheaper in Ireland but that isn't saying much. It's still expensive. Ireland is far easier to get around and small towns are much more plentiful with much open land or small cottages for sale. The west of Ireland, mainly Co. Mayo, property can be found at a reasonable price and the scenery is awesome. As for having the Irish as neighbors, UlsterScotNutt, Lady of Avalon, Irishstepper, Annabelle, myself and a few others here, can tell you first hand, the Irish are the friendliest people you could ask for as neighbors. Not that the Scots aren't friendly. They tend to be a bit more reserved and wait to feel you out. Ireland also gets the nod for weather. It's much more moderate than Scotland. If you love snow, then move to the Highlands of Scotland. There are palm trees all over Ireland. There's a reason for that. It's called warmth!! LOL

If you stay at least a 40 minute drive outside any of the major cities in Ireland, you stand to find property at a much more affordable price, plus, gives you the option of heading into the city when you have a need.

If you plan on moving to Ireland, you may want to open a bank account with Bank of Ireland. They have branches here in the U.S. and it would make it easier for you to transfer money back and forth. Bank of Ireland is all over the place in Ireland, so you shouldn't have a problem finding one as a local bank there.

Do visit both countries and get your own feel for them. Yes, they both have similarities and you will see that when you visit but it's how comfortable you feel in both countries, that will finally make up your mind.

Sounds a lot like Hawaii with the being 40 minutes out of town and it the price goes down. I think I am going to have to take a 2 week vacation and fly out to both (Oh Darn) tongue.gif

I really appreciate everyones input on here and figure that a site dedicated to all things celtic was a great place to find this info.

Hope all is well for everyone!

My posts rating went from 100 to 86 over night the day after I had posted in 5 or 6 different forums... does the post rating only count posts in the MK forum or in all forums? I would assume it would be in the MK forum but just wondering.

Thanks!

I have yet to travel over seas (I don't think Hawaii counts) but I am going to. I think I may take the extended vacation as mentioned above by Jay.

I found this site, which lists islands and castles for sale.

I am very appreciative of all the info... I like to do a lot of research before making major decisions (although I have time to make it) I am a forward thinker and I always like to hear from those that have first hand experience.
