I think we ought to create a new thread, a listing of these types of games out there. I know in the past few months I have discover soooooo many of these, they can truely get out of hand. At one time I was trying to run 4 of these at the same time, was starting to take up way to much time. I'm down to 2, MK and TRAVAIN. They can be a lot of fun!! |

I agree. Wonder if there is some way to put a "clock" on the accounts. Something like you need to login say one in a four day period, or something like that.
After say three weeks send a one week notice, then ............. "fluuush"
I think more than that would be too long (sorry McRoach), I mean, think about what is possible in one week, let a lone three.
(Had to edit this, did not realize Paul and I were posting at the same time)
I think you have a good plan, I for one give it a YAH |

OK, I must be missing something here. I don't see the point in the Kingdom Politics. When I started, there was the "Vote for me messages", as the game progressed, I've found friends, joined clans, etc.
I've not really heard anything in the way of Kingdom leadership from the person I've voted for (Don't take offence yet). And there's not really any Kingdom togetherness. BUT, as far as 'Clans' go, there is. And really, this makes since. You bond with your clan mates, build alliances, etc. Or, is anyone building a Kingdom Clan???
So again, I ask, Whats the point of Kingdom Politics? |

The Faire here is slow in growing, but doing a pretty good job. I had gone to the first 12 years, haven't been the past 2, but it's growing and developing real well. But they just haven't hit the appreciation of mead yet, why, couldn't answer that.
WOW, Man, is your timing good!!! The Renaissance Festival is October through November. (and we're having BEAUTIFUL weather down here right now)

I can tell you now, you won't find any in Oklahoma!!
But, I had some at the Renaissance Faire in either Dallas or Houston, I don't quite remember, it's been a couple of years. I'm leaning towards Houston. They had thier own winery and meadery on grounds!!
By the way, if you get the chance, I high suggest a weekend there. From what I remember, it was suppose to be rated one of the top three Faires. |

So, if workers are not really cost efficent, and building up resources is better, what would be the advantage of have worker? short of having a minimum in the begining? |

I had used 260 gold and got 3 workers just before coming here, I went back and spent 1000, got 4 workers.
Getting workers is lot playing a slot machine!! |

I'm pulling (what's left of) my hair out.
I just started, I have 4 workers. I've been trying to get more. I've probibly spent close to 1,000 gold, every time it comes up 0. This is killing me gold wise, has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestion? |

Has anyone else seen the game TRAVAIN?
Very similar game to this, I found it a few weeks ago and have been plying it.
Just notice this game today (sorry, been out of touch)
Could have some idea there, although, from what I've been reading, there are MUCH better ideas going on here! |

Will the castle chioces be expanded as the game grows?
I think it would be cool to be able to choose a castle that has some heritage valve to the game, example
Gordon = Huntley Castle
A small suggestion, but one that others might appreciate as well.
Thank You |

HAY, I remember thoughs
My first computer was a COCO. Had the cassette drive, then "upgraded" to the 5 1/4 disc drive. I had a freind who had a Commodore, we thought we were so cool calling each other and using our computers to talk to each other. Was whipping along at a whopping 300bps. |

My boss here just bought a new dell, making our shop computer count to 6 now. He bought it for the technicains for BMW's new "pass through" tool for diagnosing the new cars (they no longer offer stand alone diagnostic machines).
BMW states that the computer needs Windows XP, not NOT sp2.
I not had any issues yet with the new machine, but then again, we haven't recieved the "pass through" tool and software. |

Asking for a raise always sucks, in my opinion.
Like the boss I have now, I wish he would do like yearly revues, or something like that. I think that loyalty, quality of work should be enough to justify.
But then again, I've been told I live in a fantasy world. |
